What are realtors not doing right when it comes to marketing and branding?

According to Alex, marketing comes from two things: character and competence. People want to buy the story, not a box with four walls in it. Alex and his team don’t follow the same cookie-cutter approach that most realtors are taught and they are successful because of it.
